Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose nanofiber production device and a method for producing cellulose nanofiber capable of efficiently producing cellulose nanofiber by suppressing the clogging of piping and the generation of contamination.SOLUTION: Provided is a cellulose nanofiber production device where pulp fiber in slurry is subjected to refining treatment, comprising: a high pressure homogenizer subjecting the pulp fiber in the slurry to refining treatment; a tank for storing the slurry subjected to the refining treatment for the pulp fiber; and piping connected to the high pressure homogenizer and the tank, in which the piping being sanitary piping connected via a joint mounted with a gasket. It is preferable that, as the gasket, a fluorine base resin is used as raw material. It is preferable that the pulp fiber in the slurry having a solid content concentration of 0.1 to 8.0 mass% is subjected to refining treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
