Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose nanofiber (CNF) capable of redispersing by adding solvent and mixing therewith even if the CNF was once dried thoroughly, and to provide a method for producing the CNF.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a CNF dispersion liquid obtained by impinging high-pressure water of about 50 to 400 Mpa onto polysaccharide made into a water-containing mixture to subject the mixture to defibration, the method includes a step of adding additives into the water-containing mixture and then mixing therewith and/or a step of adding additives into the mixture after defibration and then mixing therewith. In the dispersion liquid, additives are adsorbed in the CNF, and a solid content of the CNF and the additives is 0.1 to 10 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
