This cement admixture comprises 10-90 mol.% monomer comprising an alkylene oxide derivative represented by formula I [R1 is hydrogen or methyl group; R2 is hydrogen or 1-3C alkyl group; X is O, CH2O or COO; A is a 2-4C alkylene group alone or mixed alkylene group; (m) is an average polymerization degree of 5-100], 5-60 mol.% carboxylic acid-based monomer, 0.001-20 mol.% silicone-based monomer represented by formula II [R3 is hydrogen or methyl group; R4 to R8 are each 1-10C alkyl group or aryl group; (s) is an average polymerization degree of 1-500; (a) and (c) are each 0 or 1; (b) is 0-4] and 0-70 mol.% sulfonic acid group-containing monomer.
