Abstract:
To provide a cement clinker production system capable of increasing a carbon dioxide gas concentration of exhaust gas generated in production of cement clinker.SOLUTION: A cement clinker production system includes: a cyclone type pre-heating device 2; a rotary kiln 3 for burning a cement clinker raw material; a calcining furnace 4 for accelerating decarbonation of the cement clinker raw material; a clinker cooler 5; and kiln exhaust gas discharge passages 6a to 6e for discharging exhaust gas generated in the rotary kiln 3. The cement clinker production system is such that: the calcining furnace 4 comprises a calcining furnace body 4a, and an attached body 4b for indirect heating, storing indirect heating gas and indirectly heating the cement clinker raw material in the calcining furnace body 4a; and the system further includes a supply passage 7 of gas for indirect heating, an exhaust gas discharge passage of the attached body for indirect heating, and a discharge passage 9 of exhaust gas of the calcining furnace body, for discharging exhaust gas generated in the calcining furnace body 4a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
