Title:
CEMENT COMPOSITION FOR CENTRIFUGAL MOLDING AND CENTRIFUGALLY MOLDED BODY USING THE SAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH1160310
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably reduce the amt. of slag discharged without lowering the slump of a cement compsn. and the strength of concrete or mortar by specifying the average particle diameter of a fine powdery admixture and/or a fine powdery binder and the yield value and plastic viscosity of the cement compsn. SOLUTION: The cement compsn. for centrifugal molding contains a (high performance) water-reducing agent (A), a fine powdery admixture and/or a fine powdery binder (B), cement, water and a fine or coarse aggregate. The average particle diameter of the component B is 0.1-10 μm. The yield value of the cement compsn. is 0.85-1.15 times that of an authentic cement compsn. (compsn. obtd. by removing the component B from the cement compsn. and having the same blending ratio among the components except the components A, B and the same water-reducing rate as the cement compsn.) and the plastic viscosity of the cement compsn. is 1.5-5.0 times that of the authentic cement compsn. The component B is, e.g. silica fume. The blending ratio of the component A to the cement is 0.001-0.012 and that of the water to the cement is 0.25-0.45.
