Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve impact strength and bending strength as a building member by blending a cement and two kinds of inorganic powders different in average particle diameter in a specific ratio to decrease the size of vitergranular void, and defect.
CONSTITUTION: The cement such as a common Portland cement of 35-70 pts.wt. is added to 100 pts.wt. solid matter consisting essentially of the cement and two kinds of the inorganic powders different in particle diameter. The inorganic powders are an inorganic powder A such as silica rock, feldspar having 0.5-10μm average particle diameter, an inorganic powder B having 12-100μm average particle diameter and the difference of particle diameter between A and B is 3-200 times, the ratio is controlled to A:B=5:95 to 70:30. And a blended material obtained by adding thereto and kneading 0.1-10 pts.wt. synthetic fiber such as polypropylene, nylon having 1μm-1mm diameter and 10-50wt.% water for molding per 100 pts.wt. solid matter consisting essentially of the cement and two kinds of the inorganic powder and if necessary, a water soluble high polymer, a super fine particle in the inorganic powders is dehydrating press molded and the resulting molding is aged.
