This cement concrete structure includes a cement concrete layer, a resin concrete layer, and a reinforcement comprising a plurality of linear steel materials and connecting steel materials. The reinforcement is disposed so as to astride the cement concrete layer and the resin concrete layer. Further, the plurality of linear steel materials are arranged substantially parallel to the surface of the cement concrete layer and the resin concrete layer. At the same time, the linear steel materials on both the layers are connected through the connecting steel materials.
