PURPOSE: To obtain the desirable fluidity of kneaded material and accelerate early setting after placing as well as secure sufficient time for transportation at the time of transporting ultra-quick-setting cement concrete manufactured in a ready-mixed concrete manufacturing factory and quick-setting filler or self-leveling material into a construction object site for placing.

CONSTITUTION: Cement kneaded material obtained by kneading cement, quick- setting material, a setting conditioner and water is transported into a construction object site first, and then a setting accelerator is added into the cement kneaded material, and further kneaded and placed. Since the setting conditioner is added and kneaded for the conditioning of the cement kneaded material, the setting of the obtained kneaded material is delayed so as to secure sufficient transportation time. Also, because of adding-kneading the setting accelerator at the time of field construction in addition to the quick-setting material already kneaded in the cement kneaded material, the fluidity of the kneaded material is desirable, and setting is accelerated effectively, resulting in quick setting and early manifestation of strength.
