PURPOSE: To provide a structure in which water squeezed from a raw cement mortar material and once sucked into a water squeezing and sucking chamber can be prevented from reversely flowing into vacuum suction holes even when the sucking action is stopped.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of vacuum suction holes 3 are provided on a molding face of an upper mold 1. The vacuum suction holes 3 are opened opposed to a water squeezing and sucking chamber 2. The water squeezing and sucking chamber 2 is connected to a vacuum blower disposed outside a device. In this constitution, a water content of a raw cement mortar material 6 is sucked. In this cement mortar molding device, opening parts 31 of the vacuum suction holes 3 are disposed higher than the bottom of the water squeezing and sucking chamber 2.
