To obviate the necessity of cutting and pulling up a cement bag by a method in which cement in a cement storage area is sucked from a suction pipe by sucking air in a cement storage shed with a suction device to take it into the storage shed.
A cement storage shed 14 is equipped with a suction device 22 and a suction pipe 24. The device 22 is constituted of a blower to be installed in a proper place of an apparatus and others connected to a filter chamber 30 having a filter 28 which is installed in the upper part of the storage shed 14 through a hose 26. The suction pipe 24 is composed of a flexible hose and others and extended outside from the upper part of the storage shed 14. Therefore, when the suction device 22 is actuated to suck air in the storage shed 14, since the pressure of the shed 4 becomes negative, when the end of the suction pipe 24 is made to approach the cement, the cement is taken into the shed 14.
