Abstract:
To provide a center device capable of distributing all update data in one package regardless of whether or not different types of electronic control devices are mixed.SOLUTION: An individual vehicle information DB 41 of a center device 3 stores identification of a device for each of a plurality of ECUs and information related to a software architecture of the device together with a vehicle type. A PKG structure DB 44 stores information related to a structure of a package distributed for updating data for each of the plurality of ECUs according to a type of each ECU. A determination unit 32 identifies, on the basis of the information stored in the individual vehicle information DB 41 and the PKG structure DB 44, a package to be distributed to a target vehicle in which a target device whose data is to be updated among the plurality of ECUs is mounted. The PKG generation device 33 generates a package including information indicating the structure of the identified package.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
