PURPOSE: To provide a center refrigerating apparatus which enables the freezing of the center of a golf ball so as to be hard and with precise sphericity while allowing the positioning of bubbles to be mixed into a liquid material in the center when the center is liquid and the bubbles exit in the liquid material.
CONSTITUTION: A barrel 1 into which a plurality of centers of golf balls are housed free to feed or discharge is freely rotatably pivoted on a support body 2 by centering around a horizontal axis as the center. A rotation drive means 3 is provided to rotatably drive the barrel 1 by centering around the horizontal axis as the center and a cooling medium jetting means 7 to send a cooling medium into the barrel 1 under rotation. An agitating member 22 for stirring up the centers is arranged protrudingly on the internal surface of the barrel 1. A control means 13 is arranged to vary the number of revolutions of the barrel 1 by controlling the action of the rotation drive means 3.
