Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralizer device in which the abnormal wear of a support member does not occur even if an external force acts on a rod during boring work, and which can stably maintain a guide state.SOLUTION: A centralizer device 110 comprises: a pair of clamp arms 120 which are arranged at a base frame 111 so as to be oscillatory around a pivot along a boring axial line CL; a pair of holders 130 which are arranged at tip sides of a pair of the clamp arms 120 via an oscillation slide mechanism; and a hydraulic cylinder 150 whose both ends are pivoted to base end sides of a pair of the clamp arms 120 by a support shaft along the boring axial line CL. The oscillation slide mechanism slidably and movably supports a pair of the holders 130 in an orthogonal direction of the boring axial line CL in response to the oscillation of a pair of the clamp arms 120, and at the closure of the holders, an inter-support shaft distance of the hydraulic cylinder 150 is set longer than an inter-pivot distance of a pair of the clamp arms 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
