Movable main body units 12a, 12c, which are disposed in parallel with their axial directions parallel to each other, are provided on both sides of a fixed main body unit 12b. Wheel units 76 are mounted on the lower surfaces of the main body unit 12a and the main body unit 12c and placed on linear guides 60-66. The lower surfaces of the main body unit 12a and the main body unit 12c are respectively connected to the rod 82, 84 of cylinders 56, 58, and the main body unit 12a and the main body unit 12c are made to be freely movable by the telescopic motion of the rods 82, 84. When the main body unit 12a and the main body unit 12c are separated from the main body unit 12b, working spaces 90, 92, which a worker 94 can enter, are secured.
