Abstract:
To provide a centrifugal casting apparatus capable of reducing its occupancy area by reducing the extent projecting in a horizontal direction or a shaft direction in a driving mechanism for rotating/driving molds.
A driving pulley 110 is rotated by a mold driving motor 108. In the driving pulley 110, a belt 152 is laid between two driven pulleys 130, 132. These driven pulleys 130, 132 are unitedly rotated with a first roller 116a and a second roller 116b. A mold 14 is rotatated/driven by loading on the first roller 116a and the second roller 116b. An idler pulley 148 is provided below the lower part of the driven pulleys 130 and 132 to guide the belt 152 downward between them.
