Abstract:

To uniformly grow the columnar crystal which is long in the radial direction, and to facilitate the post-treatment after the mold is released.

The molten metal 22 is poured in a mold 12 through a nozzle 18a by pouring the molten metal 22 from a ladle 20 into a cup 18 in the condition where the nozzle 18a of a molten metal pouring cup 18 is inserted into the mold 12 rotating at high speed from an opening 14a of a forward lid 14. The molten metal 22 is closely adhered to the inner surface of the mold by the centrifugal force in a stratified manner. Immediately thereafter, the heat insulator in which the heat insulator of metallic aluminum type mainly consisting of Mt.Al+Al2O3+SiO2 is kneaded with the heat insulator of the calcium silicate type mainly consisting of FeO+Mt.Ca+Mt.Si is charged in the inner circumferential surface of the cast molten metal 22.
