When a motor 7 is rotated and the inner tub 6 and a pulsator 11 are rotated, the washing water 4 is allowed to flow from the side surface water passing holes 5 into the outer tub 3 through the washing 10 to be washed by the centrifugal force, and rotating speed of the washing water flowing into the outer vessel 3 is reduced by the frictional work between the inner tub surface at an outer tub 6 side. The washing water is circulated to a bottom part 18 inside the outer tub 3 by a pressure difference between inside of the outer tub 3 and inside of the inner tub 6, and circulated into the inner tub 3 through water passing holes 13 formed on a bottom surface of the inner tub 6 and the water passing holes 12 provided in the pulsator 11 so as to wash washing 10.
