Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal fan that can obtain sufficient joint strength between a rotor yoke and an impeller.SOLUTION: A centrifugal fan 100 includes: a rotor 1 that includes a rotor yoke 3 including an annular flange plate 4, a rotor magnet 5 fitted to an inner peripheral surface of the rotor yoke 3, and a shaft 2 connected to the rotor yoke 3; and an impeller 10 that includes an annular shroud 11 that forms a suction port, a main plate 12, and a plurality of blades 13 arranged between the shroud 11 and the main plate 12. The flange plate 4 comprises: an opening 4d at the center; a flange part 4b including an annular plane extending in a radial direction from the periphery of the opening; and a cylindrical part 4a orthogonal to the radial direction and extending in an axial direction. A plurality of cut and raised parts 4c formed in the flange part 4b are fitted into a plurality of fitting holes 12a formed in a lower surface of the main plate 12 respectively, and thereby the impeller 10 and the rotor yoke 3 are connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
