Title:
CENTRIFUGAL HYDROEXTRACTOR AND WASHING MACHINE USING THE DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3030233
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To surely prevent unusual vibration and noise of a centrifugal hydroextractor by detecting a load imbalance before the start of dehydration, and starting a high speech dehydration only when the detected load imbalance is within such an allowance range that the load imbalance can be kept with in a prescribed range after the start of the dehydration.
CONSTITUTION: When a user gives a direction to start the dehydration process, a center controller 12 reads a corresponding operation program out of a memory 18 and starts the dehydration process. A speed controller 14 outputs a rotation speed instruction signal to an inverter controlling circuit 20. The inverter controlling circuit 20 provides a motor 22 with driving voltage according to pulse duration modulation signals. The motor electricity running through the motor 22 is detected by a motor electricity detection circuit 26 and the information is inputted to a load imbalance judgement part 16. When the load is not balanced inside the drum 54, the motor electricity has a variable component responding to the load imbalance. The load imbalance judgement part 16 detects and judges the load imbalance based on the signal detected at the motor electricity detection circuit 26.
