Title:
CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3967849
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the processing of a centrifugal separator, to reduce its weight, to facilitate the packing work of a ring-shaped rack with tube holding holes formed over the entire circumference, and to increase the number of tube insertion holes by housing the rack in a bottomed cylindrical rotor body.
SOLUTION: A rotor 13, which is formed from a rotor body 14 and a rack 15, is fitted freely attachably/detachably to a motor driving shaft 10. The rotor body 14 is molded in the shape of a bottomed cylinder, a recession 16 formed in the boss 14a of the body 14 is engaged with the shaft 10, and a notch 17 formed in the boss 14a is engaged with a pin 18 of the shaft 10. The rack 15 is formed cylindrically, tube holding holes 20 are formed over the entire circumference of its inner circumferential surface, a hole 23 formed in its bottom surface is engaged with a positioning pin 19 of the rotor body 14. In this way, the rack 15 can be packed in the rotor body 14 at a stroke, and the number of the tube holding holes 20 can be increased.
