EXAMPLE: 7-[2-( 2-Aminothiazol-4-yl )-2-methoxyiminoacetamido]-3-hydroxy-3-ce phem-4-carboxy-lic acid 4-nitrobenzyl ester hydrochloride.
USE: Antibacterial agent and its intermediate.
PREPARATION: The compound of formula III or its reactive derivative is made to react with the compound of formula R1ACO2H or its reactive derivative.
