CONSTITUTION: Ring type ceramic capacitors 4 are arranged around a center conductor 2 in a multiple stage, with the diameter thereof gradually reduced toward the side of connection to the conductor 2. Or, unit pieces of a ceramic capacitor, instead of the ring type ceramic capacitors 4, are arranged along a circumference to form a single stage capacitor as a whole, and this single stage capacitor is laid in a multiple stage.
