PURPOSE: To lower the high temp. shrinkability by forming a ceramic sintered body which includes a specific compound in a specific perovskite compound.
CONSTITUTION: A ceramic composition containing a compound of formula. CDO3 is formed for a perovskite compound of formnla. A1-xBxMnOy and is sintered at a temp. over 1200°C to obtain a ceramic sintered body. This provides a ceramic electrode with which the shrinkability at 1400°C is reduced remarkably, and the durability of an air electrode, and accordingly that of the whole structure of a solid electrolyte type fuel cell (SOFC), can be enhanced by adopting this specific ceramic electrode with contraction resistance as a ceramic air electrode for fuel cell with solid electrolyte. In Exp., A is lanthanoid, B is Ca or Sr, 0<x≤0.5, (y) is around 3, C is at least one of Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, and D is at least one of Ti, Hf, Sn.
