Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve only the selectivity without sacrificing a pass band width and the excellence in a waveform in a ceramic filter adopting the thickness longitudinal vibration and the thickness-shear vibration.
CONSTITUTION: Prolonged parts 16, 17 are formed respectively to 1st and 2nd vibration electrodes 6, 7 formed at a prescribed interval so as to be opposite in common to an earth electrode 8 via a piezoelectric ceramic base 5, 1st and 2nd leadout lines 9, 10 are located in the vicinity of the 1st and 2nd vibration electrodes 6, 7 to form approach parts 18, 19 thereby increasing the static capacitance formed between the 1st and 2nd vibration electrodes 6, 7.
