Abstract:
To provide a ceramic green sheet laminate production method, in an operation of adhering ceramic green sheets with an adhesion liquid, which is capable of preventing the generation of bubbles between adhered ceramic green sheets and executing secure adhesion.SOLUTION: Provided is a method in which at least two ceramic green sheets 1-a and 1-b are fed between two rollers 2-a and 2b which face in a horizontal direction, and in which the respective opposite faces thereof rotate downward from above, and a sump 3 of an adhesion liquid is formed at a trough formed by the ceramic green sheets fed between the rollers to feed the adhesion liquid to a space between the green sheets, and a ceramic green sheet laminate is taken out from below the rollers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
