Abstract:
To provide a ceramic green sheet with a resin film which can suppress breaking and cracking by adhesion to a mold etc., and is easy of handling, the ceramic green sheet, and its production method.
In the ceramic green sheet 5 with the resin film in which the ceramic green sheet 3 containing inorganic powder and at least a resin is formed on one principal plane of the resin film 1, the volume ratio of the resin in the range of thickness up to 1 μm from the surface of a principal plane 3a on the resin film side of the ceramic green sheet is 1.5 times or below the volume ratio of the resin in the range of thickness up to 1 μm from the surface of a principal plane 3b on the other side of the ceramic green sheet.
