Abstract:
To dispose a resistor at a regular position inside of a substrate with higher accuracy.SOLUTION: In a ceramic heater, in a view of a pair of conductive parts (a first conductive part 121 and a second conductive part 122) in a lateral direction, tapered parts 131 and 132 each formed in such an outer shape that thickness in a vertical direction is reduced towards a rear end, are formed at a rear end side. The tapered parts 131 and 132 are configured in such a manner that an outer shape of the rear end forms an apex shape. A first tilt angle θ12 of an outer shape of a first outer edge which is positioned closer to one side of the vertical direction than the rear end, with respect to an axial direction is smaller than a second tilt angle θ22 of an outer shape of a second outer edge which is positioned closer to the other side of the vertical direction than the rear end, with respect to the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
