Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique hard to cause a crack while using a cutting method which is high in production efficiency and in which a connection part is folded in a ceramic heater.SOLUTION: A ceramic heater comprises: a pillar base part having a tip and a rear end and including a ceramic; and a resistor embedded in the base part. The resistor has: a bent-back part which is located on a tip side of the base part and is shaped in a bent-back form, which generates heat when electrified, and which has a pair of ends on a rear end side; a pair of electrified parts extending toward the rear end side from the pair of ends of the bent-back part; and a protrusion part protruding toward the tip side from a tip of the bent-back part. The thickness of a tip of the protrusion part is 23-63% of a thickness of the bent-back part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
