To provide a ceramic heater capable of shortening the time required for the body part to reach a prescribed temperature entirely.SOLUTION: The heating part 20 of a ceramic heater includes multiple longitudinal parts 21 extending in the longitudinal direction of the body part, and multiple coupling parts 22 extending in a direction intersecting the longitudinal parts 21, and connecting the one end sides and the other end sides of the longitudinal parts 21 alternately.
