Abstract:
To provide a ceramic heater in which reliability is improved.SOLUTION: The heating part 20 of a ceramic heater includes a longitudinal part 21 extending in the longitudinal direction of the ceramic heater, and a coupling part 22 for connecting the tip sides and the base end sides of the longitudinal part 21 alternately. The coupling part 22 (first coupling part 22a) located at the tip of the ceramic heater is partially deviated from other part in the axial direction of the ceramic heater. With such an arrangement, the ceramic heater can improve reliability by restraining excessive heat evolution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
