Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic laminate, capable of preventing a ceramic coating from being peeled while maintaining improved wear resistance due to silicon nitride constituting the ceramic coating, and a ceramic laminate manufactured thereby.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a ceramic laminate 1 comprises steps of: mixing a α-silicon nitride powder mainly including α-silicon nitride with a β-silicon nitride powder mainly including β-silicon nitride to form a αβ-silicon nitride powder in which a ratio Wα(αβ) of the α-silicon nitride in the silicon nitride is 5wt% or more and 90wt% or less and the remainder includes the β-silicon nitride and inevitable impurities; and forming a ceramic coating 3 on a base material 2 by an aerosol deposition method using the αβ-silicon nitride powder, and the ceramic laminate is manufactured thereby.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
