PURPOSE: To obtain a highly productive ceramic oscillator by forming a bridge made of a piezoelectric element at the inner bottom of a hollow capacitor housing a piezoelectric element through a conductive paint and electrically jointing annular electrodes at the same time.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of electrodes 18 having overlap parts 16 becoming oscillation parts are provided in the housing hole of the hollow capacitor 16. Some end parts of caps 19 are matched for the insertion ports on the both sides of the capacitor 16. The conductive paint 20 is filled into the both ports of the capacitor 16 so that the paint 20 can face at the inner bottom of the caps 19, thereby forming the bridge made of the piezoelectric element 17, One end of the bridge is electrically connected to the electrode of the element 17 through the paint 20 and further connected to the inner wall ring-like electrode 16. A lead wire 21 is connected to an outer ring-like electrode 14, and a lead wire 22 to the outer bottom of the caps 19. Thus an oscillator with an excellent electrical characteristic and high productivity can be obtained.
