CERAMIC POWDER COATED WITH CONDUCTIVE METAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2799916
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide ceramic particles which are coated with conductive metal material such as silver or palladium used as electrode material and can be used in place of silver or palladium keeping at high as silver or palladium in electrical properties so as to lessen silver or palladium in consumption quantity.
CONSTITUTION: Conductive metal material-coated ceramic fine particles are formed through such manner that ceramic particles (ceramic component ranges from 90 to 10wt.% of metal-coated ceramic particle) of average grain diameter below 5μm, preferably below 1.5μm are coated with coating layer substantially formed of conductive metal material.
