Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic tube type heating furnace capable of appropriately avoiding generation of a large quantity of oxidized scale on an external surface of a processed product.SOLUTION: A temperature control part C controls a thermal dose of heating means 4 for heating a ceramic tube 1 having a processed product storage space K from outside so as to maintain an internal temperature of a furnace body H at a set furnace temperature. The temperature control part C estimates the maximum temperature of a processed product W inside the processed product storage space K on the basis of a processed product temperature measured by a radiation thermometer type processed product temperature measurement part 12 for measuring a temperature of the processed product W located on the processed product discharge port side of the ceramic tube 1, a tube temperature measured by a radiation thermometer type tube temperature measurement part 13 for measuring a temperature of an edge face of the ceramic tube 1 on which a processed product discharge port is formed, the set furnace temperature; and a preset correction value, and the temperature control part C also amends the set furnace temperature so that the maximum temperature is to be a set target value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
