Abstract:
PURPOSE: To effectively utilize raw clay by oscillating raw clay by the oscillating movement of a drum to agitate and disperse it and performing screening and selection work of foreign matter by rotational action of scraping blades.
CONSTITUTION: A motor 30 is driven to oscillate a drum 12 around a support axis 18 through a lever 40, a connecting rod 32 and a support shaft 38. The angle of this oscillation is about 60°-90°. In this way, raw clay thrown in from a hopper 28 on the inlet 34 side is oscillated in the drum 12 and is dispersed without fail and agitated. On the other hand, primary scraping blades 14 and secondary scraping blades 16 are rotated in the drum 12. Therefore, by the rotation of the drum 12 and the primary and the secondary scraping blades 14, 16, the fine of the screened raw clay is forcibly caused to fall onto a conveyor 48 from spaces of slits 10 and is separated. The large thereof that does not pass trough the spaces of the slits 10 is discharged from an outlet 36.
