Abstract:

To provide a certificate photo photographing apparatus and a face image data registration system whereby a user can smoothly set a password by solving a deadlock even when the user comes to the deadlock of setting operations of the password in the case of registering face data to a server.

When recognizing that the user does not enter the password within a prescribed time, the certificate photo photographing apparatus and the face image data registration system generate an optional password and register the face image data to the server by using the generated password.
