Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a clamping nut from being partially contacted in a chain fastener used when a cylindrical or a void pipe is fastened with a chain in the case where cast-in-place concrete column, etc. are molded and to provide the chain fastener equipped with a hook applying no cantilever load thereon and having sufficient strength at a low cost. SOLUTION: A tie member 1 having an angular section is loaded to the basic end of a U-shaped lever 2, and a bolt 4 is inserted through a bolt insertion hole 1a provided in the tie member 1. An S-shaped hook 6 is pivoted on the front end of the bolt 4 through a narrow rectangular frame 5 in a rotatable manner. A channel clip 7 for interlocking the S-shaped hook 6 folded inward is provided to the narrow rectangular frame 5 in a movable manner. A thread of the tie member 1 having an angular section is loaded to the direction projected to an opposite U-shaped lever side, a semicylindrical washer 9 is provided between clamping nut 10 and tie member 1. The bolt 4 is pulled in by pivoting the clamping nut 10, and the chain is fastened.
