Abstract:
To provide a chain conveyor capable of reducing a risk of occurrence of hindrance to an operation function, and its operation method.SOLUTION: A chain type conveyance conveyor includes: a first motor 31 and a second motor 36 that can be rotated in a first direction and a second direction; a first clutch 41 and a second clutch 42 that can be intermittently connected to the first motor and the second motor; a first sprocket 14 and a second sprocket 16 which can be driven and rotated based on driving forces of the first motor and the second motor transmitted through the first clutch and the second clutch; and a chain 17 wound between both of the sprockets, in which the first motor and the second motor are rotated in the same direction in rotation, the first clutch transmits the driving force of the first motor to the first sprocket in rotation in the first direction, and the second clutch transmits the driving force of the second motor to the second sprocket in rotation in the second direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
