Abstract:
To provide a chair type exercise instrument that is effective for waist exercise and also for feet muscle training, and allows the waist exercise and the feet muscle training to be performed at home and in an office easily.SOLUTION: A chair type exercise instrument includes a seating part 1, a bottom seat part 2, and a rotation shaft 3. An upper shaft part 3a of the rotation shaft 3 is pivotally supported by a bearing 31 installed to the seating part 1. A lower shaft part 3b of the rotation shaft 3 is pivotally supported by a bearing 32 installed to the bottom seat part 2. The rotation shaft 3 is configured so that the upper shaft part 3a and the lower shaft part 3b have different vertical axes. A load mechanism 4 is provided for giving a load by moment of inertia to the rotation shaft 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
