The device is provided with the seat part body 7 arranged in a chair main body 1, the back part body 11 arranged in the seat part body so as to be rotatable, a first guide rail 22 which is disposed over the seat part body and the back part body and where a bendable flexible part is formed in a middle part, a belt 28 endlessly running along the first guide rail, a first massage unit 35 which is arranged at the side of the seat part body and connected to the belt, a second massage unit 45 which is arranged at the side of the back part body and connected to the belt to be made to run by driving in the opposite direction of the first massage unit by the endless running of the belt, a second driving source 54 for permitting the belt to endlessly run along the guide rail by reciprocatively driving the second massage unit along the vertical direction of the back part body and armor cloth 66 for covering the upper surface side of the seat part body and the back part body.
