To provide a chair which can be used as an aid for gymnastics and used in a simple manner.

The chair 10 includes a seat face part 11 on which the hip part of a sitting person is placed, a backrest part 12 erected behind the seat face part 11, and a footrest bar 13m almost horizontally projected further rearward from a position lower than the seat face part 11 behind the seat face part 11. The seat face pat 11 in a trapezoidal shape in plan view is kept in an almost horizontal state by four support legs 14h, 14m, 15h, 15m extended downward from four corner parts thereof. The footrest bar 13m that is a footrest means is projected rearward from support legs 15h, 15m positioned behind the seat face part 11. Lateral bars 16h, 16m, 17a, 17b are attached between neighboring support legs 14h, 14m, 15h, 15m respectively. As a backrest 12, a pair of left and right supports 18h, 18m and a lateral frame 19 arranged therebetween are provided.
