Abstract:
To provide a chair capable of suppressing interference with surroundings and improving accessibility of a user to a seating surface.SOLUTION: A chair includes: a base member 3 which has a seating surface 101 facing upward and an upward surface 102 that is formed sideways of the seating surface 101 and faces upward, and is installed on a floor surface F; a table top plate 6 which is arranged above the base member 3 at intervals and has a top surface 6f facing upward; and a support member 5 which extends upward from the upward surface 102 and supports the table top plate 6 around an axis line along the vertical direction. The table top plate 6 is displaceable around the axis line between a first state P1 that at least a part of the table top plate 6 overlaps the upward surface 102 in a planar view and the entire table top plate 6 overlaps the base member 3 in a planar view and a second state that the table top plate 6 is positioned nearer the seating surface 101 side than in the first state P1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
