PURPOSE: To provide a changeover means for switching plural telephone terminal sets without the use of a tone type telephone set from a remote location.

CONSTITUTION: An incoming call signal is fed to a 1st telephone terminal set 1 or a 2nd telephone terminal set 2 depending on the position of a contact y1-1 of a relay Y-1. The relay Y-1 is controlled by the output of a flip-flop 5 and the flip-flop is used to select the position of the contact y1-1 with the output of photocouplers PC-1a, PC-1b or PC-2a, PC-2b, that is, the contact y1-1 is switched every time the relay is restored after the operation of the 1st telephone terminal set 1 or the 2nd telephone terminal set 2.
