PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect disks during transfer by providing the device with a pair of lock members which pass the central holes of the plural disks existing in a housing position and lock arm which is turnably supported at one of a pair of the lock members and turns to open and close the gap form between a pair of the lock members. SOLUTION: When a spur gear 157 is rotated and driven clockwise by a lock arm drive mechanism 87, a disk lock nut 153 is moved by the engagement of hollow grooves 155 formed at a cam shaft 156 and the projecting line parts of the disk lock nut 153. The disk lock arm 159 turns counterclockwise around a shaft 158 and closes the gap which is the disk transfer plane formed between an upper lock bracket 141 and a lower lock bracket 151. The upper lock bracket 151 is inserted into the respective central holes of the disks to prevent the dislodgment of the disks housed in a disk holder.
