To provide a channel allocation device for performing stable channel allocation clear in timing and range.
This channel allocation device groups access points 10-13 used as objects of channel allocation. The channel allocation device creates a reference graph STD1 showing edge weight showing the degree of interference between two access points adjacent to each other. The channel allocation device creates a basic graph BG3 showing edge weight based on new topologies of the access points 10-13 and terminals accessing the access points 10-13 every time the channel allocation device acquires the new topologies. The channel allocation device compares the basic graph BG3 with the reference graph STD1, and performs channel allocation to the access points 10-13 when it continues n-times that a variation being the sum of the variations of all the edge weights is larger than a threshold value.
