A channel assignment method comprises the steps of: acquiring a reflected wave from a filter provided in a base station device (S11); if the intensity of the reflected wave corresponding to a band of a channel is higher than or equal to a threshold value (S14), preferentially assigning a mobile station device corresponding to the intensity of the reference signal of the mobile station device to the channel among a plurality of mobile station devices (S16); and controlling a modulation class of the channel according to the intensity of the reflected wave corresponding to the band of the channel (S15).
