PURPOSE: To improve operability and reduce erroneous inputs by operating the pressure-sensitive regions of an input panel for inputting via a key top member when the key top member is fitted, and removing the key top member to utilize a device as a normal touch panel.

CONSTITUTION: A removable key top sheet member is provided on a touch panel 101. The holding section 101a of the key top member is provided at the edge section of the touch panel 101. A key top 104 constituting the chassis portion of the key top member is held on the touch panel 101. Multiple through holes are provided oppositely to multiple pressure-sensitive regions of the touch panel 101, and support shafts 102a of key tops 102 are inserted into the through holes. The key tops 102 are fixed at the upper ends of the support shafts 102a above the key top 104, and the key top 102 portions are excited upward by dampers 103 arranged between them and the key top 104.
