Abstract:
To provide software capable of performing synchronization management on a list even though information addition is performed by adding a string to a generated list or character information is changed by automatically extracting the character information described in figure data to the list.SOLUTION: Software includes a figure data storage part 6 for storing and displaying figure data 1 including a plurality of pieces of character string data 3B with symbols 2 for identification and recognition numbers 3A and characters inputted in the figure data 1, a character string extraction and storage part 7 for extracting the character string data 3B including the symbols 2 for identification defined in advance from in the entire character information included in the figure data 1 and storing the character string data in a database, a list creation part 9 for creating and storing list data 4 composed of a recognition number 3A and an arbitrary supplementing character string 3B corresponding to the recognition number, and an integral connection part 10 for extracting information of a coincident recognition number from the database and the list data, and connecting corresponding character string data and complementing character string to an integral list 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
