Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compress the increase of a chip size due to the provision of a low-pass filter circuit as much as possible and to suppress the increase of a chip cost as much as possible in a charge amount detection circuit provided with the low-pass filter circuit in the post stage of a charge detection amplifier and provided with a voltage amplifier circuit in the post stage further.
SOLUTION: A part of elements for constituting the low-pass filter circuit is made to serve also as a part of the elements for constituting the voltage amplifier circuit.
