Abstract:
To provide a charge calculation server capable of calculating an appropriate usage charge when some functions of an in-vehicle device mounted on a vehicle for rent cannot be used.SOLUTION: In a charge calculation server 20, an acquisition unit 21 acquires usage status data in which a usage status of an in-vehicle device mounted on a vehicle used by a user is recorded. A usage history management unit 22 manages a history of the usage status data in association with the user. A vehicle management unit 25 records availability information indicating availability of one function of the in-vehicle device in association with the vehicle on which the in-vehicle device is mounted. A charge determination unit 26 determines a vehicle rental charge when the user newly uses a vehicle. If the availability information of the vehicle for rent indicates that one function of the in-vehicle device of the vehicle cannot be used and the history of usage status data satisfies a predetermined condition, a charge adjustment unit 27 discounts a part of the rental charge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
